Welcome to Ericssons Materials Data

In recent years, there has been increased interest
from customers, organisations, authorities and other interest groups in the materials content of electric and electronic products. For this reason, Ericsson has decided to introduce an Internet-based data tool for materials declaration. The principles and methods used to create a materials declaration are available to everyone, and the use of the tool is facilitated by the public web and Excel sheets.

The purpose of a declaration is to provide information about the materials content of a product. Requirements about the materials content will be handled in other ways. A materials declaration only deals with the materials content of the products. Information about production chemicals will be handled in other ways.

The Materials Data tool is HTML-based
and can be used on any browser that supports Dynamic HTML.
Read our FAQ if you experience any problems.

Future development - Ericsson intends to continue
developing Ericsson Materials Data, helping it to become an even better data tool for materials declaration. One way to reach that goal is to extend the public web so that all suppliers who wish to show the materials content of their products can obtain materials declarations, regardless of whether Ericsson has asked for the information or not. All suggestions for improvement are appreciated and can be sent to Exact Support.
